If you are under the age of majority in your country, you confirm that you use ORCA with the knowledge of a parent or guardian. You agree to give us accurate information when you register and to keep your login details safe.
ORCA provides market news, quotes, analyst views, lessons and a simulator that uses virtual money. Everything is for information and education only. Nothing in the app is investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. The simulator is not connected to any broker and no real money is involved. Investing involves risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Decisions you make are your own.
News and quotes come from public and third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or contain errors. Some content is translated or summarized with the help of artificial intelligence and may contain mistakes. We do not guarantee that content is accurate, complete or up to date. You can report any content from inside the app.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You may not create accounts for others, impersonate anyone, or use the app in ways that break the law.
Comments are public. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, threatening, sexual, misleading or spam, and do not promote assets in an attempt to manipulate prices. You keep the rights to what you write, and you allow ORCA to display it in the app. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules. You can report comments and block users from inside the app.
The ORCA name, logo, design and original content belong to ORCA. Third-party content belongs to its owners and is shown with reference to its sources. You may not copy, scrape or resell the app's content or use it to build a competing service without our written permission.
ORCA is currently free. We may change, suspend or stop features at any time, and we may introduce paid features in the future, which would be shown to you before you are charged. We do not promise that the service will always be available or free of errors.
To the extent allowed by law, ORCA is provided "as is" and we are not liable for losses that result from decisions based on the app's content, from delays or errors in data, or from service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law of your country does not allow to be limited.
You can stop using ORCA at any time and delete your account and personal data from inside the app (Account → Delete account and personal data) or using the form at orcanews.app/privacidade.html#delete-account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
